As I stated in an earlier post; Gara is the ichibi (one-tailed), the nibi (two-tailed) will be caught by the akatuski soon, the sanbi (three-tailed) is not bound to a human and will be caught soon by Tobi, there is an “Old Man” being hunted by Saske who is the hachibi (eight-tailed), and Naruto who is the kyuubi (nine-tailed). That leaves four unaccounted for. We know the akatuski had caught two of them before Gara so that leaves two that will be caught whose stories are not told in manga so it is possible Sora could be one.
