   Itachi is good. You see Itachi killed the clan to prevent the Uchiha from going to war (Because a war is supposed to be coming, and somehow Itachi knew that.) And he couldn’t prevent it unless he got the full strength (The Mangekyo Sharingan) of the Uchiha bloodline. So he killed his best friend and then killed the rest of them, but couldnt bring it upon him self to kill Sasuke. So he convinced Sasuke that if he wanted to kill then he had to full on hate him and get the M. Sharingan by killing his best friend.

   Itachi really seems to love Sasuke. Between Itachi’s “I’ll be there for you, even if it’s as an obstacle for you to overcome,” talk and his provoking Sasuke into a life of revenge, I say that Itachi is good on the inside. Maybe he was brainwashed or something. I think that he told Sasuke to get revenge because he wants to die. Or something like that.
